Altair is a new mixed use development in Altrincham, Greater Manchester, brining together residential, commercial and leisure facilities in one location. The development already had a name and an identity, but we really felt it was lacking a brand.
We developed a proposition turned their identity into a brand that makes Altair a destination, not just another development. Altair is not about building properties but about building vibrant communities. We adapted the existing identity then developed the visual styling to create a brand campaign and promotional literature.
